Curriculum
Start at your stage. Each lesson takes 10 to 15 minutes to read and one session on snow to practice.
Stage 1
First Days
Stand, glide, stop, and control your edges.
1Gear, Stance, and Strapping In
Find your natural stance, set your bindings, and get strapped in safely on flat ground and on a slope.2Skating, Gliding, and Your First Stop
Move across flat ground on one foot, glide straight down a gentle slope, and stop on your heel edge.3Heel-Side and Toe-Side Side-Slip
Control your speed on both edges using small ankle movements alone.4Falling Leaf and Traverse
Zigzag on both edges and traverse across the slope by shifting weight toward your lead foot.

Stage 2
Linking Turns
From your first J-turn to smooth linked S-turns.
1J-Turns
Make your first turn on each edge and finish across the fall line, under control.2Garlands
Feel pressure build and release on a partial turn, on both edges, without stopping.3Linking S-Turns
Link skidded turns edge to edge with a steady rhythm, all the way down a green run.4Fix Your Back Seat
Center your stance, lead with your eyes and shoulder, and quiet your arms through the turn.

Stage 3
Carving
Trade the skid for a clean pencil line.
1Edge Angle: From Skid to Carve
Turn your skidded S-turns into one clean line where the tail follows the nose.2Angulation vs Inclination
Stop leaning into the turn. Bend at the hip and knee instead, and make your toe-side as strong as your heel-side.3Upper and Lower Body Separation
Let your legs steer while your shoulders stay quiet and face down the fall line.4Dynamic Carving
Blend cross-under and cross-over transitions and shape your speed with turn radius on blue and black terrain.

Stage 4
Freestyle Basics
Pop, press, spin, and land your first jump.
1Ollies and Nollies
Pop a clean ollie, land it centered, and mirror the motion off the nose as a nollie.2Butters and Presses
Press the nose or tail into the snow, hold it with your weight, and roll a small rotation into the press.3Flat Ground 180s
Wind up, release into a frontside or backside 180, spot your landing, and ride away switch.4Your First Small Jump
Pick a small kicker, check your speed, and land your first jump on both feet with soft knees.

Stage 5
Advanced
Switch, powder, steeps, and the park.
1Switch Riding
Ride your board backward with the same control you have riding forward.2Riding Powder
Keep your nose up and let speed and a wider stance do the work in deep snow.3Steeps, Moguls, and Variable Terrain
Set your edge early and stay compact so any slope, bump, or snow condition holds no surprises.4Park Progression: Boxes, Rails, and Your First 360
Move from a flat box to your first rail and your first 360 off a jump, in the right order.
